For our members' convenience, Pima FCU has telephone operators available during normal business hours to answer questions regarding credit union services, give you account balances, and transfer funds from one account to another. If you ever need this assistance, simply call Pima FCU at (520) 887-5010 and dial "0" to reach one of our friendly operators. Be sure to use our toll free number 1-800 PIMA FCU - 1-800-746-2328 if you're outside the Tucson area. 

PAL (Pima Access Line)

PAL is our easy-to-use automated phone system. You may access your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, you may keep a close watch on all of your accounts, including the amount of your cleared checks. All you need to do is sign up, choose a four-digit authorization code and have access to a touch-tone phone.  This automated voice response is available in both English and Spanish.
